All patients receiving medical services through Stettler Medical Monitoring are required to complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) prior to treatment. This exam is conducted through Docovia, a secure telehealth platform, and is reviewed by a licensed medical provider.

The purpose of the Good Faith Exam is to ensure patient safety, medical appropriateness, and regulatory compliance before initiating any physician-directed therapy. This includes, but is not limited to, GLP-1 programs, peptide therapies, and regenerative services.

During the GFE, the provider will review:

Your medical history

Current medications and supplements

Relevant health conditions and contraindications

Your wellness goals and treatment eligibility

The exam helps determine whether the requested services are medically appropriate and allows the provider to issue recommendations or clearance when indicated. Completion of the GFE does not guarantee approval for treatment, as all services are prescribed based on individual clinical assessment.

Important Notes:

The Good Faith Exam is required once annually or sooner if your medical status changes

The exam is completed online and typically takes only a few minutes

A non-refundable fee applies for the medical review

Once approved, treatment options will be discussed with our clinical team

This process ensures that all services offered through Stettler Medical Monitoring meet professional medical standards while prioritizing patient safety and ethical care.

If you have any questions before completing your exam, our team is happy to assist.

Stem Cell Therapy offered through Stettler Medical Monitoring is a physician-directed regenerative treatment designed to support the body’s natural repair and healing processes. This therapy focuses on reducing inflammation, promoting tissue repair, and supporting recovery in areas affected by injury, degeneration, or chronic pain.

Stem cells are unique because of their ability to communicate with damaged tissues, modulate inflammation, and support regeneration at the cellular level. Rather than masking symptoms, regenerative therapy aims to support the underlying biological environment to promote healing.

What Stem Cell Therapy May Help With

Stem Cell Therapy may be considered for patients experiencing:

Joint pain or osteoarthritis

Tendon, ligament, or soft tissue injuries

Chronic inflammation

Degenerative conditions

Post-surgical recovery support

Musculoskeletal injuries related to activity, aging, or wear and tear

Treatment recommendations are individualized based on medical history, condition severity, and clinical goals.

The Treatment Process

Consultation and Medical Review
Every patient begins with a medical consultation to determine candidacy. This includes review of medical history, imaging if available, and discussion of goals. A consultation fee applies and may be credited toward treatment if approved.

Treatment Planning
Stem cell therapy is customized per patient and may be delivered locally to targeted areas and or systemically via IV infusion depending on clinical need.

Administration and Recovery
Treatments are performed under medical supervision. Recovery protocols and post-treatment guidance are provided to optimize outcomes.

Important Considerations

Results vary by individual and condition

Stem cell therapy is not a guaranteed cure

Multiple factors influence outcomes including age, health status, and severity of condition

Not all patients are candidates for therapy

Treatment recommendations are made at the discretion of the medical provider

Ethical and Medical Standards

Stettler Medical Monitoring prioritizes patient safety, ethical care, and medical oversight. All stem cell therapies are provided following appropriate medical review and are offered under physician direction in compliance with applicable regulations.

Stem Cell Therapy is considered an advanced regenerative option and requires consultation prior to treatment. Pricing is based on the treatment plan and volume required, and payment options may be available.
